Itinerary
FRIDAY, 29th AUGUST
3:00PM - Arrive on site, check into your cabins and enjoy the property
4:00PM - Retreat start & mat Pilates class
5:00PM - Get to know each other over a wine tasting from one of the local wine makers who bring the experience right to our venue.
6:30PM - Join us for a warming winter feast and allow our private chef to provide a gorgeous meal with the stunning mountain backdrop
8:30PM - Wind down after dinner with an gorgeous nightfall breath work practice before retiring to your cabins.
SATURDAY, 30th AUGUST
7:00AM - Start the day with a mat Pilate practice
8.00AM - Private chef prepared buffet breakfast
9:30AM - Workshop - understanding nutrition with Brittney
10:30AM - Workshop - Functional feet with Brooke
12:00PM - Private Chef prepared picnic lunch in the gardens
1:00PM - Free Time - Enjoy the Suana, Hot tub, mineral pool or ice baths. Journal in the gorgeous grounds or read a book under the trees. You are also welcome to visit some local wineries. There is also use of the wellness services which include: Vibrosound Healing sessions (exclusive to Salt & Stone), sauna, ice baths, hot tub and pool.

6:00AM - Join Brittney for an early morning nature hike up the famous Wannarua way and see stunning views over The Hunter Valley
7:00AM - Join Brooke for a Pilates session to stretch and release.
8:00AM - Morning Energy Flow - Breath work Session and optional ice baths
8:30AM - Private chef prepared buffet breakfast
11.00AM - Well being Workshop
12:00PM - Retreat Close
Retreat is fully catered to your dietary requirements. You are welcome to BYO wine and drinks. All fitness equipment, expert trainer fees, workshops, and activity materials are included in price. All sessions are optional and you are free to move about the property at your own leisure.

At our Glen Eden Pilates Retreat, your stay is designed to be both comfortable and communal, allowing you to unwind in beautiful, thoughtfully styled surroundings while connecting with like-minded retreat guests.
There are a variety of accommodation options across Glen Eden’s three charming cottages. Each cottage includes shared living areas, full kitchens, and cozy fire pits—perfect for winding down after a day of movement and self-care.
Here’s how accommodation will be arranged:
• Shared Rooms $1499: Each bedroom will be shared, with king beds split into two king singles for your comfort. This option is included in the base retreat price and is a great way to meet new people and share the retreat experience.
• Private Room Upgrade $2200: If you prefer a room to yourself, you can choose a private room within a shared cabin. You’ll still enjoy access to the shared living spaces, but with a room of your own for extra privacy and quiet.
Let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your ideal setup.
T+Cs: A $250 non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your spot and secure your room. A month out from the retreat date, final payment will be required. This payment is also non-refundable. Please contact us regarding payment plan if required.

RETREAT AGREEMENT & WAIVER
This Retreat Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Retreat Organizing Company ‘(Company) specifically as , Salt & Stone Studio Pty Ltd and the participant of the workshop (‘Participant’) as per the date of sign up and payment for the retreat.
By Clicking ‘Purchase’, ‘Confirm’ or ‘Pay Now’, or undertaking any other affirmative action with your intent to attend the Salt & Stone Studio Pty Ltd Retreat, including providing the Company with Credit Card or billing information to be charged for attendance of the Retreat, you are confirming you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Company.
By making your payment and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this retreat. Your payment confirms your acceptance of these terms, including all policies regarding bookings, cancellations, and participation. Please read carefully before proceeding.Participant:
1. PURPOSE
The Organiser agrees to provide a retreat experience to the Participant, and the Participant agrees to participate in the retreat under the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.2.EFFECTIVE DATE
This agreement shall take place effect immediately upon receiving the first payment for the Retreat. It shall remain in effect unless amended or revoked in writing.2. PAYMENT TERMS
(a) The Participant agrees to pay the retreat fee as agreed upon.
(b) Payments and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
(c) If the Participant opts for a payment plan (2/4/6 monthly payments), payments will be due once each month. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking. If the retreat has already taken place and payment remains outstanding, legal action may be taken.3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
(a)All retreat bookings are non-refundable. This includes situations where you are unable to attend due to illness, personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or any other reason. By booking, you understand and accept that no refunds or credits will be provided under these circumstances.(b) The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or alternative retreat date may be offered.
(b) The participant agrees that if for any reason they need to cancel, all payments made are non-refundable.(c)The only exception to this policy is if the retreat must be canceled or rescheduled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances outside of their control (such as venue closure or natural disasters). In this rare case, you will be offered the choice of a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
(a) The Participant is responsible for their own travel arrangements unless otherwise stated.
(b) The Participant must inform the Organiser of any dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or special requirements before the retreat to avoid disappointment. Failure to provide dietary requirements in advance may result in food not being catered specifically to the Participant’s needs.
(c) The Participant agrees to conduct themselves respectfully and follow the guidelines provided by the Organiser.
(d) The Participant agrees to participate in all activities and workshops at their own risk and has a duty to inform the Organiser of any potential risks, injuries, or medical concerns before the retreat to avoid further injury or harm.5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
(a) The Organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the retreat.
(b) The Organiser makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, experiences, or results from the retreat.
(c) The Participant acknowledges that participation in activities is voluntary and assumes all risks associated.
(d) Any damage to the retreat property caused by the Participant shall be covered at their own cost.6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
By committing to this Agreement, the Participant grants the Organiser permission to take photos and videos during the retreat. The Organiser may use such media for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising. If the Participant does not consent, they must notify the Organiser in writing before the retreat.Code of Conduct
By attending this retreat, you agree to participate with respect, kindness, and consideration toward all other participants, staff, and the retreat environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without refund.You agree to follow all retreat guidelines provided by the host and to contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and positive space for everyone involved.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.9. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By signing up to the retreat, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
(a) Participation in the retreat is voluntary, and the Participant assumes all risks associated with activities, travel, and accommodations.
(b) The Participant releases the Organiser, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to participation in the retreat.
(c) The Participant is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance (travel, health, etc.) for their protection.
(d) The Participant agrees to abide by all safety instructions and guidelines provided during the retreat.

Absolutely, most of the people who come to our retreat’s come alone and they form so many beautiful connections. It can seem a little scary but anyone who was afraid to come and did said it was the best thing they ever done for themselves.

You do not need to have any prior practice, everything will be tailored for whatever level you are on and all you have to do is show up and meet yourself where you are at. We will be there to guide and facilitate anything you require additional help with.

Once you arrive at the property you have already paid for everything. Food & Accommodation as well as all of your workshop’s are included. You do not need to bring a mat or bolster’s as these will be provided. Transport is not included.

You should bring comfortable clothes for daily activities, swimwear for relaxation sessions, activewear for fitness classes and hiking, and attire for the cooler evenings and mornings.

To secure a spot at the retreat, participants are required to pay a deposit. Payment plans with weekly options are also available upon request for those who prefer to spread out their payments. Our goal is to make the retreat accessible to all participants, ensuring flexibility in payment arrangements.

Yes, our private chef at the Women's Retreat can accommodate various dietary requirements. Participants can inform us in advance about their specific needs, including allergies, preferences, or restrictions, and our chef will ensure that meals are tailored to meet those requirements.
